Reporting Types

  • Misappropriation of company funds, theft, and conflicts of interest by employees
  • Preferential treatment of partner companies and equity investment activities
  • Leaks of company information
    and personnel
  • Workplace discipline-related matters
  • Manipulation of financial accounts
    and other accounting irregularities
  • Unfair trading
    and other discriminatory practices
  • Acts of sexual violence
    and sexual discrimination
  • Miscellaneous (corruption, illegal actions, unethical behavior, violation of company rules, etc.)

Procedure

You can report immediately online, or make a report via phone, fax, or in person.
You can track the progress of your report in the Kumho Ethics Hotline, and the comment feature allows for additional discussion and inquiries.

    Received
    Upon successful submission in the Kumho Ethics Hotline, you'll receive the message:
    "Your submission has been completed."
  • STEP 02
    Investigation in
    Progress
    The timeframe for our investigation may differ, contingent upon the topic and breadth of the report.
  • STEP 03
    Completion of
    Investigation
    The investigation is determined to be complete upon verifying the authenticity of the details presented in the report.
  • STEP 04
    Conclusion of Investigation According to internal regulations, we take necessary actions and conclude the process.
